Shipping & Delivery

This policy explains how we dispatch and deliver Dr. Elite orders across India. Orders are shipped by Nutrifine Wellness LLP from Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Order processing & dispatch

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During sale periods or unforeseen disruptions, processing may take a little longer; we will keep you informed if there is a delay.

Delivery timelines

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location — metros and larger cities are usually at the faster end, and remote or non-metro pincodes at the longer end. These are estimates, not guarantees; actual times depend on the courier and local conditions.

Courier partners

We ship through established third-party courier and logistics partners. The courier for your order is chosen based on serviceability and speed for your pincode. Deliveries are made to the address you provide, during the courier's standard delivery hours.

Serviceable areas

We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India. Serviceability is confirmed at the time your order is placed; if we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you and refund any amount collected. We currently ship within India only.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders of ₹499 and above. For orders below that value, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies, shown at checkout before you confirm.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on serviceable pincodes. For COD orders, please keep the exact order amount ready; the amount payable, including any shipping charge, is shown at checkout and on your order confirmation.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you can track it from our Track Order page using your order code and phone number. We will also share updates on the contact details you provide.

Delivery issues

If delivery is attempted and fails (for example, no one available, or an incorrect or unreachable address), the courier may re-attempt or return the shipment. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate.
